Medical disclaimer

Wellness guidance, not medical care.

Last updated August 27, 2026

Exereye and exereye.app provide general wellness tools and educational information. They are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, monitoring, prevention, or treatment.

Do not use Exereye to delay care

Seek prompt professional care for sudden vision changes, eye pain, injury, flashes or new floaters, severe headache, double vision, or any symptom that is persistent, worsening, or concerning. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Exercise boundaries

Keep all blinking, gaze movement, breathing, and posture cues gentle. Stop if an activity causes pain, dizziness, nausea, new visual symptoms, or meaningful discomfort. Some routines are practical adaptations with limited or indirect evidence; the app identifies those limitations.

Individual circumstances

People with an eye condition, recent eye surgery or injury, neurologic or balance condition, or a clinician-directed vision program should ask their qualified professional whether an app routine is appropriate.

No professional relationship

Using Exereye or contacting support does not create a clinician-patient relationship.
