Restore a purchase
Open Exereye, go to Settings → Premium access, then choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase. Restoring does not charge you again.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Apple manages App Store subscriptions. Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Exereye. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
Annual free trial
The annual plan includes a one-week free trial for eligible new subscribers. App Store purchase confirmation shows the exact localized price, trial eligibility, renewal date, and terms before you approve a purchase.
Premium access is not updating
- Confirm the device is online.
- Use Restore purchases in Exereye.
- Close and reopen the app.
- Check the Apple subscription status in iOS Settings.
Reminder or audio issue
Confirm notifications are allowed in iOS Settings, that the workday window includes the current time, and that the reminder sound or guided-session audio setting is enabled. Silent mode and Focus settings can affect delivery.
