Agreement
By downloading, purchasing, or using Exereye or exereye.app, you agree to these terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. If the terms conflict, Apple's agreement controls where required.
Wellness and educational purpose
Exereye provides general wellness routines, reminders, and educational content. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, monitoring, prevention, treatment, or medical advice. Review the medical disclaimer before using exercise guidance.
Purchases
Exereye may offer a monthly auto-renewable subscription, an annual auto-renewable subscription, and a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are displayed by the App Store in your local currency and may vary by country or region. The App Store purchase sheet shows the final price and terms before confirmation.
The annual plan includes a one-week free trial for eligible new subscribers. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription renews at the price shown by Apple. Eligibility is determined by Apple and is not guaranteed for every account.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles billing, taxes, cancellation, refunds, and payment disputes under its policies.
The lifetime purchase unlocks the premium features offered to lifetime users for the commercially supported life of the Exereye product. It does not transfer ownership of the app, source code, or brand and does not guarantee that every future service or separately sold product will be included.
Restore and availability
Use Restore purchases with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Purchase verification requires Apple and RevenueCat services and may temporarily be unavailable due to network or provider outages.
Acceptable use
You may use Exereye for personal, lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer where prohibited, interfere with the app or site, bypass purchase controls, misuse support channels, or republish substantial portions of our original content as your own.
Content and sources
We aim to represent research accurately and disclose limitations, but scientific understanding changes and errors are possible. Links to third-party sources do not mean we control or endorse all content on those sites.
Changes and discontinuation
We may improve, modify, or discontinue features. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised effective date. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exereye is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the app or site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
