Scope
This policy describes Exereye iOS 2.0, the Exereye Chrome extension, and exereye.app. The iOS 2.0 update is in preparation; the App Store currently offers the previous version. The iOS data-handling details below describe the rebuilt 2.0 app and should not be read as a description of earlier binaries. Contact support for questions about an older version.
It explains what stays on your device or in your browser, what Apple and RevenueCat process for purchases, what infrastructure providers may record, and what happens when you contact support.
Exereye Chrome extension
The Chrome extension works locally and does not require an Exereye account. It does not read or change the pages you visit, collect tab titles or URLs, access browsing or search history, serve ads, use behavioral analytics, or send your reminder settings or break history to Exereye.
The extension uses Chrome's local extension storage to keep:
- reminder, schedule, notification, theme, sound, and motion settings;
- the next reminder time, pause state, and recent reminder status;
- daily completed-break counts for up to 30 days;
- up to 100 recent break identifiers used only to prevent duplicate completion counts; and
- local installation and completed-break totals used to control infrequent in-product prompts.
Chrome's alarms permission schedules reminders, notifications shows a reminder when one is due, and storage keeps the local information described above. Version 1 has no host permissions or content scripts.
You can clear completed-break history from Exereye's settings. You can change or disable reminders and notifications at any time. Uninstalling the extension removes its Chrome-managed local extension storage, subject to Chrome's own device and profile behavior.
Exereye opens first-party website or App Store links only after you choose them. Those links may include fixed campaign labels identifying that the visit came from the Chrome extension; they do not contain your break history, settings, browsing history, or a unique user identifier. Ordinary website delivery logs are handled as described below.
Information stored on your iPhone
Your onboarding choices, reminder settings, favorites, completed-routine history, course progress, and preference settings are stored locally on your device. Exereye does not require an account and does not operate a server that receives this routine history.
iOS may back up app data according to your Apple device and iCloud backup settings. Apple controls that service.
Purchases and RevenueCat
App Store purchases are processed by Apple. Exereye uses RevenueCat to retrieve product offerings, validate purchase status, restore access, and determine whether premium features are unlocked. RevenueCat may process an app-generated anonymous user identifier, product and transaction information, subscription status, app version, operating-system information, storefront or country, and technical request data needed to provide those services.
Exereye does not send your name, email address, contacts, routine history, symptoms, favorites, advertising identifier, or precise location to RevenueCat. We do not use RevenueCat advertising attribution or device-identifier collection features.

Website access
exereye.app does not include advertising pixels, behavioral analytics scripts, account cookies, or cross-site tracking. Our hosting and network providers may process ordinary security and delivery logs, such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, and error information. These logs are used to deliver and protect the site, diagnose faults, and prevent abuse—not to build advertising profiles.
Support messages
If you email support, we receive the address and content you choose to send. We use it to answer the request and maintain reasonable support records. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or unnecessary health information.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, iOS stores and delivers locally scheduled notifications. The Chrome extension uses Chrome notifications generated locally by the extension. Exereye does not use a remote push-notification provider for routine reminders.
Children
Exereye is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Retention and choices
On iPhone, open Exereye Settings and choose Delete local app data to remove routine history, course progress, reminder settings, favorites, and preferences from the device. This does not cancel or erase App Store purchases. You can also remove locally stored information by deleting the app or uninstalling the extension, subject to device or browser backups and platform behavior. App Store transaction records are controlled by Apple. You can ask us to delete support correspondence by emailing support@exereye.com, subject to legal and security record requirements.
International processing
Apple, RevenueCat, Cloudflare, and our hosting provider may process technical information in countries other than your own under their respective terms and safeguards.
